We offer a wide range of activities, including team sports, yoga and dance, among others. Engaging in regular exercise helps students maintain an active lifestyle, fortifying their bones and muscles and reduce the likelihood of chronic diseases. It also promotes mental well-being, reduces stress and anxiety and improves cognitive function.

We understand that mental health is just as important as physical health and hence we have an in-house counselling network to offer unwavering support to students whenever required. Our counsellors, who are highly trained professionals, provide a secure and confidential environment for students to openly express their concerns. We also provide resources and tools to help students to effectively manage stress and anxiety, build resilience and improve their mental health.

Nutritious Food: Fuelling the Body and Mind

We believe healthy eating habits are essential to maintaining physical and mental wellness. Our nutritious lunch program offers a variety of healthy and delicious meals designed to fuel the body and mind. Our meals are balanced and provide the nutrients needed by students to stay healthy and energised throughout the day.
