The faculty at TSRS is trained, highly qualified and experienced with an excellent track record of having successfully delivered the various curricula the school offers in the past several years. Selected by a rigorous process of test demonstrations and personal interviews our teachers are innovative and creative in their delivery while empathizing and synergizing with the children.

The teachers at The Shri Ram School are excited about learning, are strong communicators with high levels of excitement about their subjects and about creativity.

With a generosity of mind and spirit our teachers are open and flexible to change and the Management provides them all trust and support in innovating their techniques and methodologies.

We are currently 360 members of staff across our three sites of which 275 are teaching and 85 are non teaching.

Recognition:

Long service Awards

The school recognizes the contribution of staff both teaching and non-teaching who have given dedicated service to the school and continue to do so awarding "Long Service Awards". There are two levels at which the recognition is made; completion of ten years of service and completion of fifteen years of service with the school.

The award includes a gold plated medallion and an ex gratia monetary reward based on the years of service. In the twenty years of it existence and its nine years of having seen students pass out , … Long Service Awards have been conferred on …. teachers.

TCA Ramanujachari Award for Improving Educational Content

The TCA Ramanjuchari Award was instituted in 2006 by Mr. TCAS Raghavan and Mrs. Jayanti Raghavan for teachers teaching at ISC Level (Classes 11 and/or 12) at The Shri Ram School, DLF Campus, Gurgaon

Mr Ramanujachari was the late father of Mr.. TCAS Raghavan. His grand children Madhav Raghavan (Class of 2001) and Sharad Raghavan (Class of 2005) studied at The Shri Ram School and he was the first in the family to spot the scores of positive effects in ways big and small that The Shri Ram School was having on his grandsons.

The theme of the award is “Improvement in Classroom Education”. The award works towards recognizing a contribution to a change in syllabus or course content or an initiation of change or manner of delivery that meets with the acceptance of the School Management and/or Council of Indian School Certificate Examinations and sees delivery in the classroom in school.
